It happens every night for the past two months. It happened as soon as taxol was pumped into me during chemo sessions. My feet and hands become restless. My nervous system goes into shock. I have to move my limbs uncessantly. It goes on and off. It feels like pins and needles. Not fun. It's called neuropathy. While it's happening I can lay in bed and shake hands and feet hoping for it to go away. But I discovered it felt much better if I just knit away. So that is what I do. I pick up my needles and put it to work. It helps me focus in something else. A scarf to come, maybe. Yes, there were those nights I couldn't do even that. I lost count of how many times I had to start all over again. So each row counts. Each row.
