Printmaking is a skill we deeply care about. We've chosen a paper that allows a perfect translation of our experience in the darkroom into a digital print. And we want you to feel the beauty of fiber based prints with your own hands - that's why cloth gloves are included in each package.

 

 

Print Conservation

All our prints are custom printed using Epson Fine Art Exhibition Paper and Epson UltraChrome K3™ ink technology - archival and acid-free materials that are standard in the photo industry. But how long your photographs will last will depend on how well you store and frame your prints. Direct sunlight will damage photographs over time. Do not leave your prints, or hang it, in an area with direct exposure to sunlight on a daily basis. Carefully handle your unframed print only on the white margins we provided specifically to protect the image area. Do not fold, roll or bend an unframed print. Please use a feather duster for surface cleaning of unframed prints. And when framing your prints please choose a professional framer that offers archival materials to make your prints last.

Our prints are always shipped flat in a box, and are never rolled in a tube. Each print is protected by a clear acid-free acetate envelope.

hand-Held

A pair of cloth gloves is inclosed, so prints can be handled by our customers, with the same care we have throughout the entire printing and packaging process.

Authentic

Prints are editioned and hand-signed by the artist and a Certificate of Authenticity accompanies each print.

How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow up to 7-business days for your order to be processed and your custom print to be prepared for shipping.

When will my order arrive?
Once you receive our shipping notification, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Which shipping method do you use?
USPS Priority Mail.

How much is shipping?
Our shipping is always free within continental U.S.

Finalize checkout and free shipping will automatically apply to all orders within continental U.S.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are not accepting international orders. But we intend to do so in the near future. If that is something you are interested, please contact us directly.



All our orders are processed via PayPal, so you can securely use any major credit card as your payment method: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

 

Our RETURN Policy

 

All sales are final. But we'll be more than happy to send a replacement or offer an exchange for another item if your order gets damaged, lost or stolen. Please note that Pierce Cabral Editions does not issue refunds.

Contact us if you would like to make an exchange. If you are not reporting damage, item must be returned and arrive in resealable condition and customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

We try to be as transparent as we can when describing each item; Due to the small nature of our operation, we cannot be lenient about our refunds and exchange policies. Thank you for understanding.
